Children will become very resourceful when they are bored. Try to take notice of their interests and reinforce their creativity. If you positively reinforce these interests, they will begin to develop more of their own internal motivation.
In the long run, you will be assisting them to find their own interests, building confidence within their skills and finding their own joy.
